Ginlong Alternative provided by Hurricane Wind Power partnership

Ginlong Alternative Hurricane Wind Power fights Chinese imports

Ginlong Permanent Magnet Alternators have dominated the research and development scene in American Wind Power. Hurricane Wind Power is proud to announce the end of that era with the new series of Air Boss Axial Flux PMA's

FOR IMMEDIATE RELEASE

PRLog (Press Release) - Sep 21, 2012 -
Wind Power company's developers and entrepreneurs in the United States have imported predominately Ginlong permanent magnet  alternators in recent years.  This has seem to become common industry practice within realm of research and development of new horizontal as well as vertical wind turbine air foils. According to Anthony Jones, owner of Hurricane Wind Power, it is commonplace for us to receive calls from developers of new wind power systems in the United States that have invested vast amounts of resources in terms of capital and man hours and come short delivering a viable product due to lack of customer support, inferior products, and being sold improper products for intended applications due to communication barriers with vendors.

As a result Jones stated Hurricane and AERCO have pooled their resources to provide an alternative to importing to the American wind power developer, as well as a solid product for consumers worldwide. The Air Boss generator can be built to a customers specification and data provided that will be utilized to maximize the efficiency of any given airfoil or power input device. This gives  our customers the best chance to be successful in the global marketplace with their inventions and end products.

Jones went on to say that the key piece that has been missing is the customer service element. Barriers and the complexity of communication that must take place between a wind power company or investor and team of engineering technicians plays a huge role. This is where Hurricane and Aerco are making the connection and making things happen in a big way. Anyone can sell a generator and put it in a box and wash there hands of the transaction. The key to building a long term successful company is the service after the sale, something Jones said the Hurricane Aerco partnership has an edge over Ginlong. "Customers do not have to stay up until 3:00 AM to attempt to Skype China. We are there and involved sometimes to the extent it requires boots on the ground.

This past week the company was proud to have dispatched AERCO engineering technician Gary Brown 1500 miles round trip to assist partner Steve LaCasse owner of Intelligent Energy Solutions in Florida to collaborate and assist with assurance of data integrity for submission to the National Research Energy Laboratory for his new high efficiency wind turbine design. The Air Boss line of PMA's are based on time tested Axial Flux generator technology and are currently available in 1.4 and 2.8 KW designs. Plans for expansion to 10 KW in the near future are already underway. The Air Boss line can be seen at  http://www.hurricanewindpower.com

  1. With axial flux PMAs like the Ginlong line, the Chinese have perfected the model of producing millions of identical products at prics. Sometimes, the products perform as advertised. If not, "Buyer beware!" The customer adjusts to the Chinese product. The folks at AERCO think the product should adjust to the customers. They work hand in glove with them to understand their requirements and design to satisfy them. Hurricane Wind Power's new Air Boss line of generators will set the gold standard in the field.
